Booking & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is requested at the time of booking. No charges will be made at the time of booking. Your card is simply kept securely on file.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are missed or changed with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
